Mini Design Consultation (1/2 – 1 hour) $45
The Mini DC is designed for a single task. We come to you and put in our two cents.

Classic Design Consultation (1 – 1.5 hour) $85
The Classic DC is designed to help you with a whole project. A home visit is followed up with notes detailing ideas and attachments that could include the following; paint samples, floor plans, furniture specifications & pictures, fabric swatches, project estimates, and reference photographs.

mi take (3 hours w/ 2 team members) $350
mi take is our version of staging. We work with the items you have and come up with a fresh new look. A little shot of energy and enthusiasm to give your home the boost it needs. We show you how to use your items in the best possible way.

mi take is also geared to people who are selling their house. We work with the owner and agent to make sure the house is being displayed in the best way. We want to emphasize the wonderful life-style a house can bring to its occupants. We can edit the things that may distract or turn off buyers and create a positive neutralized environment.

Art Consultation (1/2 – 1 hour) $45
This on site consultation allows us to see the setting for the desired art works and lets us come up with a plan. We can provide art for purchase or devise a loan program. Included in the price of the consultation is a meeting so we can present you with our findings.
